I’m strict on no Xmas before Thanksgiving. Xmas, in the season I’m in, has become my least favorite… trying to please/accommodate everyone and it’s become a dread of mine, which is so sad because I just want to have fun and enjoy it. With that said I hold on to all things November 😂 oh and pie! I love cold cherry pie with black coffee

Yeeesss 😩 I have a real love/hate relationship with Christmas at this point. There's just so much that feels obligatory to me and much of it is not easily opt-outable. And then I get frustrated that I end up feeling dead surrounding something that's supposed to be enjoyable. And don't get me wrong, there is plenty I do enjoy and I really lean into those parts, I just wish it wasn't so complicated for me. I end up feeling like the Grinch 😌 Pie + coffee is 😍 I make a cherry pie when cherries are in season that is unreasonably good!

So many good recs here! For me, I typically require some combination of chocolate, peanut butter, caramel in pie, but my dad’s lemon meringue is my favorite. Pumpkin pie is by far the worst, but I will still eat it if it’s the only available pie.

Chocolate + PB always, I do like pumpkin but it's definitely only for this time of year. I could absolutely go for some homemade lemon meringue - yum!
